They will do all the exams they do for initial enlistment plus a "reading aloud test', an EKG and very careful attention to vision standards. The link below is for the Medical Standards. Read those in Chapter Four and you will get an idea of what can disqualify you. Pay careful attention to the paragraph dealing with aeromedical adapatibility. You will quickly see that an easy way to fail that part is to lie about anything in your medical history.

Its a very through physical, much more so than the normal one. If you pass it you can be sure that they found nothing wrong

They want to make sure that you are physically able to fly so would run tests to determine this.
