God knows every heart and mind, he created Satan so he knows what's in his heart and mind as well, he hates what Satan is doing to the world but because God knows all and loves everything, if Satan went to him and repented of EVERYTHING he had done, if he was sincere, God would know, and yes, God would forgive him.....but there's not a chance of that ever happening because Satan, from the beginning, has wanted to be higher than God and will do anything to get there....all that satan is fill with is hatred, malice and comtempt for the world, God and his angels.....

Satan cannot change.
To become good is not as option afforded created beings apart from God.
Jesus said "There is none good but One - God"
Neither Satan nor sinful men can begin doing and being good at a whim. Men are converted from their evil ways when the Spirit of God acts upon them and they are invited to respond. If they refuse it is God's prerogative to leave them to their evil ways.
Satan has chosen the way of evil, and His fate is settled. There is no more salvation for him, and he knows it. That is why he wants to take you and everyone else down with him.
Don't waste you time in sympathy for the Devil.

"And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.'
Revelation 20:10

No, I wouldn't. It isn't my place to forgive Satan. His offense was to God. God would not forgive him either.

Hebrews 10: 26 " If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins if left, but only a fearful expectation of the judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God."

Since Satan had personal knowledge of God and the truth when he decided to sin, there is no sacrifice for sins left for him. Also, note... the word is "consume" the fire will "consume".... not eternally torment.

God forgives genuinely sorry humans almost without exception, but the same is not true for angels. Infact come to think of it, I'm not sure I've heard about angels being sorry for much of anything. They tend to be more stubborn than even humans.

Is "Satan" real? Is "Satan" a creation used as a teaching? How many times have we heard..."he or she is the devil in disguise? Or the devil in you caused you to act the way? "Devils" are excuses for evil deeds. I guess giving the devil a name was someones idea. Or then again, maybe there is a satan.

The dilemma of satan is not for mankind to decide, only God can make such a decision.
The bible is complete: satan nor any demon cannot be forgiven.

Not a Chance, Not one because of this.....
Revelation 20:10 states: “The Devil who was misleading them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulphur, where both the wild beast and the false prophet already were; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”
The Bible is Complete, therefore what is written in it must come to pass.

Hmmmmmmmmmm........
This is actually an interesting question.
He would have to apologize to GOD since that is the one he ultimately wronged, right? so I suppose it's not up to ME to forgive him.
He may or may not........but forgiving someone doesn't always mean they have no consequences, does it.
Thanks for the interesting question!

Do you know what happens to toads when they are struck by lightning?

The same thing that happens to everything else.
