I don't know how to do that because when i try to speak silently, with my mouth closed, it seems that i'm talking either in the back of my throat or at the bottom of my throat.

Hmmmm..... sounds like you need to see a therapist.

Because when you are "talking silently in your head" you are THINKING, which doesn't involve opening your mouth at all or even making any noise at all.

When you read people's answers, do you have to read them out loud, or can you just think the answer? It's like that.

You could always put your head up your......no, that wouldn't work LOL...up your chiminey, that is..put some duct tape over your mouth, but leave two holes to breath with...and you should solve the problem Happy New Year!

Ya mean, thinkin' out loud? We all do it sometimes. Me, more often that not! ha. I just don't want people to think I'm the crazy lady who hears voices!!!
