You may contact the municipal court/county precinct where the court is and get a copy of it from there. If that is impossible, which i cant see why, then you may contact the agency that cited u. But usually its the court. I get people that come to my Pd to get a copy, and its available.

In the US, you dont need the citation at all. Simply go to the courthouse in the jurisdiction in which you got the ticket and BRING YOUR ID. They can look it up on the system and tell you how much you owe. If you are late, then you likely have a suspended license in which case they will let you know. You will have to take the receipt to the DMV (Dept of Motor Vehicles) to show proof you paid the fine plus a reinstatement fee (typically about $35). Hope this helps.

YOU CAN OBTAIN A COPY FROM THE AGENCY THAT ISSUED YOU THE TICKET.
IF THEY SENT THE TICKET INTO THE COURT HOUSE THEN CONTACT THE CLERK OF TH COURTS AND ASK FOR A COPY OF THE TICKET.
