I tried many kinds of meat and fish but my favorite is crocodile meat. It tastes like something between chicken and fish. It is delicious and nutritious.

I made a leg of lamb for my wife on Christmas, and I am telling you, it was suberb. I highly recommend it to all as a contender for most glorious meat.

my favourite has to be raw zebra that has been freshly culled
but that has a close run second of roasted 'julia peculiar' steaks who claims to eat my cousins!!!!
