Yes that is all too true. Especially when they preach they just want an honest man that doesn't hide anything, and one that's open to them. meanwhile they're face is fake, a lot have fake boobs, fake nails, high heels so they're taller, hair extensions (colored or highlighted). It's just that they make it so confusing and wonder why we don't understand them.
And for everyone saying that looks aren't that important, if that's true then what's the point of even wearing makeup then?

No....that's not really my experience.
I'm in an orchestra, and there's a sort of pretty girl that sits next to me. I'm pretty sure she has a crush on me here lately. I've seen her with makeup and without. She's been wearing more makeup lately, and I find it a turn-off. To me, she's sort of pretty, but the gobs of makeup (which do make her look nice from more than 10 feet away) are a turn-off for me when she's sitting 1 foot away from me. It's a bad mental picture thinking about all that junk smearing off when you're making out.
I'm most physically attracted to a natural beauty. You can only put on so much paint on a bad barn and it's still a bad barn with nice paint.
The one girl that I actually dated that I actually liked most of all the girls I dated was not much to look at. Actually, most guys would consider her to be downright ugly. I never once saw her with makeup, but with her features, makeup wouldn't probably have helped much. It didn't change how I felt about her, I still really, really cared for her. It's just the timing was off and things didn't work out and the stress and distance tore us apart. I loved her without makeup, I don't think makeup would have helped.
In summary, I have to disagree with you.

I hate liars, and altering your appearance to make it seem like it's something else is lying. I don't care that she isn't some concept of pretty without make-up and the like, I care about the deception.
Edit: And for those who say her appearance shouldn't matter at all and those who make a big deal about the way she looks are shallow, then does that include her? After all, she is the one who is most concerned with the way she looks or else she wouldn't have altered her appearance. So if others aren't supposed to care about the way she looks then neither should she. If they're shallow for caring then she is even more so.

Well, I am female.. but I totally know where your getting at. I have some friends who I though were so freaking pretty and I was always jealous of them.. The one girl i though was so pretty, she got all the men and so forth. I stopped by her house in the morning once and saw her without makeup on and wow she looked so different.. I dont know if it was because i was used to her with makeup on, but she looked kinda doggish.. haha sorry to say it but some women need to keep that stuff on!

Attraction to a girl is natural behaviour, but realising later on that all was a make up is a disaster feeling.
Thats why there are so many saying/s, but dear, all woman come with make up , so the best advice is to get attracted to them should be only after speaking to them.

No I don't get upset when a lady wears make-up but do prefer natural beauty over Mabeline. However, we can't expect every woman to have naturally beautiful skin, so women are gonna wear make-up to beautify what nature did not provide naturally. Even Beyonce' wears makeup.

I feel that if you realized she was wearing makeup, why would you take the chance? (If you are that kind of person)
Beauty should not matter. The real beauty is inside. You have just not dug deep enough yet.

Well, I have had that before. Flirt with here. If your looking like this, your still in the warrm-up circle. You have to get to know the girl.
If you really like her, you will appriciate her for who she is, rather than how you decieve her looks.
Yes, I get upset, but again, unless I actually get to know her, I'm not going anywhere with her.
