Connecting PS3 to internet problem?

I am connecting my ps3 ti the internet and everything is going as planned except when it comes to say put in address details, I am filling out all details except state/province as I am in England but it is saying that this is not a valid address and to check it but it is a valid address. HELP

Is country/region set as UK?
Otherwise, i'm not sure. Mine is set-up with street add 1 & 2, city and post code filled in, the other two lines(s.a.3 and state) left blank and all is fine.
