you,ll get about 18-20 on the highway and around 12-15 in the city ,those aren't very good on gas ,your Buick probably will get more mileage than the charger will, they just don't get good mileage, but are a nice car, good luck ,and have a good new years.,,PS the Buick you own will get better mileage than the charger will.

i have a 2006 dodge charger thats the first year they came out with the new version.the 2.7 litre gets 20 city 26/27 highway, but i have the 3.5litre engine wich your better off with it gets the same gas mileage as the2.7 or better because it is a heavy car and the 2.7 is a little under powered for that size of a car i get 21 city and 27/28 highway with the 3.5 litre and i love this car get rid of the buick and get the charger. if you can find a 06 leftover your better off because chrysler will give you a 0.0 percent interest loan so they can get it off of the lot

there wasn't a 2004 Charger...it came out in 2006...and they are real nice cars...the interior is a little on the cheap side but the mechanicals of the car are pretty nice...you can see the Daimler influence on this new generation Dodge...

Stick with your Buick untill you can pay cash for your next car. Car payments suck, period! Plus, you run the risk of owing more than the car is worth (being upside-down on it). Besides, I've seen more things go wrong in my mom's 2000 Neon than any other car I've encountered. And that is why Chrysler started buying cars from Mitsubishi back in the 70s.

According to mythbusters in the drafting episode, a magnum which is very similar can acheive 32mpg on a flat road at 55mph. I would agree.
