Since G-d created the earth and put that tilt there, and since the Jewish calendar was created based on the instructions given by G-d to Moshe and the prophets, then it is safe to say that the tilt of the earth is fully compensated for in the Jewish calendar.

I don't believe so however precession was taken into account in the making of the Mayan calender. Pretty amazing really the astuteness with which they gazed at the stars.
And from what I understand it doesn't have to be adjusted for another 300,000 or so years!

I think only as it affects the other things. I am told that the vernal equinox has a part, and I am not exactly clear how that is measured (scientifically speaking)

Year 2008 Calendar
Along with the 7th day (Saturday) weekly Sabbath there are seven high (annual) Sabbaths. Holy gatherings are held and no work is to be done on these days. Leviticus the 23rd chapter list all the Holy Days of God, which he commanded us to observe FOREVER.
