Body Wash Help?

It is my first time buying body wash, and I was wondering the proper way to use it, like instructions

First get a good smelling body wash like Caress or Olay! Also get a body pouf. put some body wash on the pouf and it lathers your skin up great making your skin soft and smelling good!

Get a nice, soft sponge..put some on..and rub your body. i love dove body wash, smells awesome, & makes my skin feel really smooth!
