4chan.org is a popular forum where you can find just about anything. But the photography section is pretty good as well.
Flickr.com is probably the fastest growing photography forum on the web. It seems to be a center for excellent amateur and professional photographers alike, because I rarely see an unartistic photo there.
I just checked out the site recommended by the answerer above me, and it looks great as well.
Have a good day,
-Joe
*responding to the answerer below me* Yeah, I forgot about Yahoo.com, lol. That's a good way to find exactly the subject you want; you can then just go to the host website and see if it has anything else you're looking for.

photo.net asks for a lot of information that a lot are not willing to give (like me) because I don't want a bunch of people knowing exactly who I am and where (exactly) I live. I really don't want that info on EVERY post I make.
You can check it out, but also be careful what info you put, and make sure it's ok for others to see that info before you jump in.
Yahoo Groups has some pretty good forums (it's more of a mailing list). I haven't really found good forums as of yet, but there are a few ok ones - it takes a lot of looking though.

What??
Yahoo doesnt count??
It could, if you weed thru the junk and teeny bopper stuff.
Other than that, it depends on whether you are thinking "in general", or something more "specific"??
Try www.dpreview.com. Some decent ones there.
