When I was in psych hospital, I attacked a doctor. Now my name is on the "Named Victim" list where the doctor's name is as the victim.
Will this affect me in any way? Hell, I don't even know what it means, except that I attacked a doctor. I didn't hurt her as such though, and I was pretty out of it.

This really irks me, as when my step father was in a nursing home, one of the nasty nurses mistakenly gave him shots of insulin...which he didn't need...he couldn't talk good anymore, and this was a man who was 82 and looked 62, because of years of commercial fishing...and when he fought her to keep from getting the shots, they called and labeled him 'combative'...this made me so angry, and he ended up in a different hospital,...and died shortly after...I would somehow get someone close to you to fight this and get your side documented, if at all possible...I am sorry this happened to you...I am sorry that you were 'out of it'...and that you were there at all....I am sorry about the whole thing

this probably wont mean much just maybe if you go to the doctor again they will have some other people there too to make sure nothing happens. you can plea and have this removed, seeing how you were out of it they might cut you some slack

This is doctor client information and no one is to know of it unless you say they can

You were leagaly incompetent at the time

This never happen to any one on the outside of the hospital

---It's against the law for anyone to know what your doctor and you have done in a hospital of this kind ----

What it most likely means is that you did attack someone regardless of injury. Your name is there to warn that particular doctor if you're there again to be more cautious of you and to warn others as well, especially if your 'out of it' again.
