I know I need to see a doctor - but I don't know if these things are all related or signs of different problems. I've had a few nosebleeds recently, too.

High blood pressure?? the nosebleeds and breathlessness along with dizziness are all symptoms. Leg cramps seem to go along with this.

this could be almost anything. the most common causes of those symptoms would be dehydration, insufficient vitamins and minerals, or high/low blood sugar/pressure. I run close to 45 miles a week and have to drink 5 to 7 Liters of water to avoid these symptoms. you should see a doctor anyways because these could be signs of a much bigger problem. I normally ignore these signs because of the strenuous exercise I put myself through but I started having some vision problems and blood in my nasal cavities and the doctors ended up finding a brain tumor.

I'm not sure what this could be, but I do suggest that you see a doctor just to be sure that nothing's wrong.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

This could be anything from fatigue and dehydration to diabetes and hyponatremia. Go see a doctor.
