find a pyschologist on your own. interview several of them until you find one that you a comfortable with. once you have seen them a few times, tell your parents - maybe they'll take you seriously then. you may also do an online search for eating disorders in your area. you'd be surprised on how many support groups are out there for eating disorders.

You could either write about what you've been doing and about your feelings in a letter, then hand it to the adult you want to tell.
Alternatively, you could call a counselor or someone at school, tell them about it, and have them tell the adult that needs to know. Sometimes it helps to have another adult present as a mediator, and it would signify that you want help and have already reached out. You could also have a friend present to make you feel better.

i agree u need to tell an adult. if u dont want to tell ur parents urself then ask another adult to help u tell them, or if u dont want to tell any adult then try an older sibling or a teacher, and there r even hotlines u can call that will help u out but u must get help! eating disorders as i am sure u know is horrible for ur body and health!

Pick the person you think is best able to get you help, (not necessary to be a parent, could be a teacher or friend's mother or your doctor.) If you still feel unable to speak about it write it out clearly and ask that person to read what you wrote.

If you can't even get that far could you ask one of your friends to tell her mother and ask for her help?

It is very hard but you can do it. Let us know how it works out.
Good Luck

Try writing it in a letter and giving it to your mom, dad, or sibling. Or ask your parents to take you to a therapist. They can really help you get things out. Is there a school couselor you can talk to? What about a teacher? You can write letters or emails to them too. Good luck!

Just keep trying and maybe try writing it down, you know like a letter and send it to the person you want to tell. Sometimes it's easier to express oneself in writing. You don't even have to deliver it yourself.
I think you are very brave for doing this, don't let anyone bring you down. Just keep trying.

Listen to your friends. There is some reason why you feel the need to do this, and you need to find out what it is so you can stop, before you really hurt yourself. Please tell an adult.

Well, do you eat a lot then throw up? If you do, then you should tell an adult. Bulimia causes your stomach acids in your esophagus which burns it and causes some other effects which I forgot.

hope that helped!

You need to be alone with an adult...
who you trust...
Feel comfortable and carmly say it to then,
then be mature about the matter and im sure your parents e.t.c. will help you!

Hope this helps hun
