Start off by eating 5-6 small meals a day, every 3 hours or so. These should be roughly 300 calories or so. This will keep your metabolism pumping at a high rate without storing any excess calories as fat.

Your best bet for building muscle AND losing fat is to come up with a good circuit exercise plan. That is, do 1 set of about 6-8 exercizes in a row with out stopping. After that set is complete, rest for a few minutes, then repeat.

On your "off" lifting days, do some interval training for cardio. Go hard for about 30 seconds, then easy for 90 seconds. Repeat about 6 times for a good workout.

Start by setting up a work out plan by doing aerobics or weight lifting at least 3-4 times a week. Also if you would drink a glass of water before each meal you will eat less but still fill full because of the water you drank. Also eat fruit and vegetables more. Especially the green vegetables. No midnight snacking. Try not to eat anything at least 3 hours before bed. Just keep up the routine and wake up each morning and look in the mirror and say I can do this routine again today and ever other day after that. Also not so much sweets and watch your calories intake. No more saying I need to lose weight, just start doing it. Keep feeling postitive that you can do it, I believe in you.

Best place for results would be at a good fitness center which features body building, strength and endurance routines. The proper manager should give you a program to meet your requirements but you will not get fast results. You will, however, get results which, over time will be most beneficial, cut down your dependency on food, supplement your diet with proper nutrition resulting in weight loss IF YOU STICK TO THE ROUTINES!!

Buy a nintendo Wii with wii sport and pretty soon Wii Fit is coming out and that's a fun way to keep fit. Buy a mini gym. Or buy a dancemat it doesn't really matter if you're a boy or a girl its still cheap, fun and helps you lose weight but the other two options are better if you want to be more muscular. And also my other option would be of course to buy a dog (labrodors are so cute! = D) and go running and take it to the park. Sorry i know all these options are pricey especially the dog so you could just get a membership to GYM.

Well,to build up your muscle why not try using muscle and body builder before and after any intense exercise. They are available from any good shops Holland and barrat ?
To loose weight however you need to go on a diet. Maybe consult your doctor to ask what the safest and most healthy 1 is.

cardio to lose the weight, lifting for muscle, and you have to eat enough and the right kind of foods to make sure that your metabolism increases and builds muscle instead of shutting down. Muscle burns 70x more than fat does, so the more muscle you get, the more fat you burn.

Just eat really healthy but not too much, drink lots of water and if you want, work out or do laps around your neighborhood or something. If you own a weigher, weigh yourself every so often to see how much you've improved.
But this is just my advice. You can do whatever you want
