Yes, If you do not know your withholding do you know how much you claimed when you filed out your W-2? If so go to yahoo finance and go to calculators and use the payroll change calculator. It will estimate your taxes you paid already. Then with that info fill out a tax form or go to H&R Block.com and check out there caluclator.

Check out this tax calculator, http://www.expenseregister.com/Home/calculators/taxCalculator/taxCalculator.php . It will tell you what your tax (federal) is, your total withholding (money you have already paid the IRS) should be in your pay stub, the difference is the refund.

You'd have to have a lot more info - your filing status, whether you have any dependents and who and how old they are, and how much was withheld for federal income tax among other things.

No. You need to know how much you have paid in as witholding tax.
