why do I feel a warming sensation on my face and sometimes legs after drinking wine?

i feel my face flush over with heat,sometimes i feel a little dizzy,sleepy,and start sweating or feel light headed.Even after only one glass of wine.
why does this happen??? i get sulfite free wine

That not surprising, as alcohol opens up the veins and causes this flushing sensation. The dizziness could be the alcohol properties affecting your brain and sweating, as a lot of body heat is brought to the surface

My first thought would be that you're having the normal reaction to alcohol. A small amount makes the blood vessels relax, causing flushing and a warming feeling, also can be felt in the stomach. Feeling dizzy, sleepy, and lightheaded are also common effects. If you're not a heavy drinker, you could have all these effects from only one glass of wine.
Do you only feel these with wine? If so, perhaps you're allergic to one of the other ingredients in wine.
