Keeping of the Sabbath as a day of rest from regular work, honoring God buy studing His word, communicating with him, singing for Him, worshiping Him.
P.S. The real seventhday Sabbath, Saturday.
Matt 5:18-20
18For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Are there consequences, in the New Testament and *after* Christ's Crucifixion and Resurrection, for breaking any commandment of God?
Rom. 6:23 For the wages of sin is death...
1John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
If we break one commandment, we've broken them all.
James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
James 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
James 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
God excuses no one, Jew nor Gentile, from His Law. His Law does not change for His Law is a transcript of His Character.
Psalms 89:34 "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips."
So, what is His New Testament Covenant with us?
Heb. 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:
Heb. 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.
Heb. 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
We're back to His Law -- which hasn't changed (imagine that):
Malachi 3:6 "For I am the LORD, I change not..."
God bless.

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
You need to realize fully that we could never be justified before God by keeping the law, since no one could ever keep it perfectly. Not only Jews, however, but all men need to realize that they can never be saved by their good works (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 4:5; Galatians 2:16). One unforgiven sin is enough for condemnation. That is why Jesus died on the cross for us-- If we could keep the whole law on our own than Jesus dying on the cross for ALL of man kinds sins would have been absolutely meaningless.
Acts 20:21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.
EDIT: How come you don't want to keep the 4th Commandment?

Not keeping the Biblical 7th Day Sabbath is one of the proofs that you do not belong to God and brands you as a liar.
1John 2:4 He that says, I know him, and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;

Jesus said the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. We suffer if we disrespect God's arrangement for our well-beling.
Jesus said he is Lord of the Sabbath. Only those who enter in by faith into His Kingdom discover what true rest is. Not only do they rest from their labors and their sins, they rest in Christ. For eternity. (P.S. every day of the week should be lived as a Sabbath, honoring God and worshipping Him, resting from our own works, considering His words, not ours.)

Jesus here was speaking to the Jews, who were still under the Law and required to adhere to it. Gentile Christians are specifically excused from this, and most other, points of the Law. The penalty for violating this commandment was death.

No. Nor for violating any of the others, unless you also violate the civil law.
