its the beta carotene. And not just carrots but any orange food has it in it.

You have to eat A TON of beta carotene for that to happen, so no, not realistically.

In the movie "La Vie En Rose", the main character has to drink carrot juice all day when she gets old because she has jaundice (which causes a yellowing of the skin, eyes and teeth) and her hair turns bright orange... and it is supposed to be based on the real life of Edith Piaf...

Other than that, I don't know.

But I do know that too much asparagus will make your pee turn flourescent green/yellow and make it smell funny.

yes you would turn orange if u ate enough.. but the human body cannot possibly handle eating that much carrotsmaking it impossible

well, as funny as that may sound i think that maybe you CAN turn orange. I've heared that from many ppl but you would have to eat ALOT ALOT ..........lol

not at all that is the most rediculous thing i've ever heard. You are NOT what you eat and you can never turn the color of your food.
