That is the worst thing you can do to yourself. Keep some snacks that you can have. Package them up on the weekend and all you have to do is grab a bag or two during the week when you are in a hurry. Any washed and slicked fruits and veggies are free foods(low in calories and high in nutrition) They digest very slowly and keep you from being hungry again in 15 minutes.. And they are healthy and good for your body functions. And it is better to eat many small meals than one big meal.
When you buy groceries shop only the edges of the store. The real food in along the outside edges of the store. The junk food is in the middle isles. DON'T GO THERE!!!
· It is important to maintain a good diet so you don't compromise your health. Damage done because of lack of nutrition is not worth a nice body. Some diet damage cannot be fixed.
·
· When you deprive your brain,(your brain craves sugar) the brain will take other body cells to convert to the elements that it needs. And the cells it takes are BRAIN cells. OOPS. I don't want to lose brain cells to have thin legs. But I would like to have both.
DECIDE TO MAKE A LIFE CHANGE TO A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE.
1) fruits and veggies, all you want, organic, raw, vine-ripe if possible. Steamed is OK, sautéed is OK even canned or frozen is OK, but lots of them.
2) limited or no meat. Read Dr. Campbell’s book “the China Study”
3) nothing fried-saute with some olive oil, extra virgin(from first pressing)
4) no FAST FOOD- is junk, no nutrition, empty calories
5) NO PROCESSED FOOD. if you can't pronounce it don't eat it.
6) nothing white, salt, sugar, mayo, milk, (or at least in moderation.
7) NO DAIRY-dairy is great for baby cows, your body does not even digest it properly. And is loaded with pus and bacteria check out www.notmilk.com
8) EXERCISE- and be sure to refresh your body with water and fresh fruit
9) NO PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. Muscle is made from water, replace the water. You get enough protein from the food you eat, You get more protein from spinach than the supplements you take and your body does not get toxic on food protein the way it will with supplements. Supplements can really tax you liver.
10) Good supplement would be Omega 3, and Juice Plus+

11) NO CARBONATED DRINKS, or at least limited. They actually dissolve the calcium in your bones.
12) Calories in calories out.
AND DON'T GO NUTS, MODERATION.

water didnt work for me, it wore off too quickly and just made me feel bloated with no other good effects. Here is what Ive been doing and its been working. Use one of these at a time, when you think "typical" hunger time is coming up, but dont use these to starve yourself.
-best thing is to eat 5 small meals a day ~250-300 cals each. You will have to MAKE yourself eat doing this. You wont be hungry.
if you are already on track for cals and meals for that time of day, try these.
-fiber tablets, better than the gross tasting liquid stuff and fewer cals than eating bran flakes
-chromium picolinate
-5 HTP
-green tea (hot) or black tea or oolong (herbal wont work as well)
-dont be afraid to EAT!! Come up with some 75-100 calorie snack ideas to fill the gap like cottage cheese or a banana.
-eat more protein at meals. you'll feel full longer.

When you eat, the mind takes about 30 minutes to register that you are full (part of the reason diets tell you to eat slowly).
So when you start feeling hungry, drink water and have a small healthy snack like an apple or something. The water is to give you the "bulk" you need to trigger the receptors in your body to think you are full, and the snack is to give your body something to process after the water moves on.
That should help.

Diets don't work. Healthy eating and reguar exercise does.
If you burn more calories than you consume then you'll lose body fat.
I would advise you stop punishing yourself and make it easier by eating healthy food, cut out all the fat and high carbs and go jogging three times a week and you'll lose body fat and won't feel hungry.
If you are not used to regular exercise make sure you start slowly and also seek professional advice if possible.
Starvation diets simply don't work because the body needs food as fuel to survive and lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Good luck.

I eat foods that are impossible to eat fast. That way, I can't eat much. For example, crab legs take awhile 'cause you have to crack the shell. Also, I eat a lot of peanuts with shells. I suck on the shell for a few minutes, then I crack it open and eat the nut. You could also just try some foods that contain lots of water and hardly any calories. I've heard that you burn more calories from eating celery than you consume. I think green beans are pretty good, too.

Go for protein rather than sugar to keep energy levels going strong as opposed to crashing. Edamame in pods would be the perfect snack since it takes a long time to eat and a one-cup helping offers 12 grams of healthy proteins.

have you got a juicer? when I'm starved I load some nice fruit/veg in and make a high vitamin drink. I'ts worth getting one if you want to save time on cooking and peeling.
Also great for your skin
good luck with the diet but don't starve

At breakfast, go ahead and beverage orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water rather then juice or soda
