I'm 5ft11 and 72kg(152lbs) Everyday I do 400situps along with 1 hour on weightlifting. I go jogging 4 times a week for 30mins. (I use no shakes/powders) my protein is mainly from fish and soya

My daily meals consists of

124g Protein
198g Carbs
29g Sugar
12g Fat
2.7 Saturates
3.8 monosaturates
1.9 ploy saturates
30 Fibre
1.2 Sodium

Should I make any changes to this plan? I'm trying to increase muscle while loosing body fat

no that plan looks good. my plan is similar to that, but i measure or care how much fats, sugars, protein or carbs i take in.

that seems like a lot of weight lifting for everyday your body does need a rest
