im 17, i weigh about 122 lbs/ 55.5 kgs ... plz tell me what is the best way to lose that weight?.. and how can i resist food?.. plz help i would really appreciate it..

im in the same boat as you.... and i suggest drinking a lot of water all day and it helps keep you full, and you can put lemon in it if you get tired of plain old water. Also keep yourself busy by dancing around, cleaning your room, showering, anything to keep you from sitting around and eating food because you are bored. Eat a lot of fruits too because they give you energy like carbs without the fat....also exercise as always....good luck to you!

I've lost 54 lbs. since June without much effort. If u drink regular soda, switch to diet or water. Stay active and the best thing to do to resist food is to quit buying junk food. (if u do) If u want to cut down on what u eat before a meal, the easiest way is to drink a BIG glass of water before u eat. It fills u up and it is healthy for u too boot. U can try any of the fad diets but it basicly comes down to u have to burn more calories than u put into your body. Good Luck...... A little self control can go a long way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont thinki you need to lose weight but do cardio exercises like running and eat right, no fast or junk food, or soda.
