i have been on a pretty straight diet for a month now. i only eat healthy low-cal fruit, vegetable, and one egg everyday. i feel starving a lot, but i hold on myself. i try really hard. and it works. i'm actually lighter and my shape is slimer.

but something terrible happened today. i was incredibly busy today and i really have no time to have anything except water. when i got home tonight. i feel dizzy then i went to mcdonald and have a whole big mac meal!!!! i feel full but evil now cause my belly comes out. will my shape get back because of this one meal?

Don't push yourself to the point that you "pig out". One mill should not crash every thing you have done. Be sure your tummy is full and it won't call to the refrigerator so often. Enjoy the one you had and don't feel guilty just DON'T DO IT AGAIN. lol That was about 800 to 1000 calories in that one meal. So just increase your exercise to use up those calories.

Keep some veggies and fruits in bags. Make up some on the week-end and then during the week you can grab a bag of carrots and sliced items and put in your purse to take with your. Easy to eat them if they are ready to go.

oh , if this will happen again-yes and even more than before! you had just too straight diet, now you should go slowly, but to a "light diet". that means you can eat anything, but with mind. still stay on veggies and water, but add chocolate bar, full-wealth bread, maybe even something from MacDonald, but only time by time. and don't forget vitamins!
