Try it the first Friday in May (in 2008 it will be May 2nd), and you may be able to get a lot of people to join you. That's annual no-pants-day. No, I've never participated but I remembered seeing a news article about a whole group of people going without their pants (trousers for y'all Brits) in London and when I Googled it I came up with the site running the event, there's groups taking part all over the world. Post a message on the forum, see if you can get some people together and try it out next May :-)

Heh. I've had many a conversation about this before.
A couple guy-friends of mine once planned to walk into a store wearing shirt, shoes, and no pants. Boxers, of course, but no pants. If they complain, just point to the sign! lol, Unfortunately, the guys haven't had a chance to do that yet ...
haha, I wouldn't exactly recommend it, but as long as it's not indecent exposure, I guess it's legal? lol.

If the sign says "NO shirt, NO shoes"... I suppose you had better take your shoes and shirt off.
As the sign says nothing about pants, I guess you can choose whether or not you would like to keep them on or take them off and run around butt a ss naked.
If you're still in doubt, take your pants off and run around. See what happens.

yes, i think that is just a given. If you dont wear pants youll prolly get a ticket for indecent exposure. They put those up cuz in summer time men go places with out there shirts on and sometimes people throw there flip flops off too. But yes wear pants! lol

As a wnana be naturist I often Question the notion..
But to question the store would draw attention
But I have gone shopping in a long Tee and my speedos
but you could see the dark outline of the trunks..
Added after reading
The SIGN reads "NO shoes No shirt No service"
It is posted for respect,, sanitation,, and safety..

That's a very good question! lol
I'll just say this......
The men will say absolutely NOTHING!! should you choose to not wear pants. The females, however, would lose their minds and go completely "postal" lol.
Believe me, I know how most women can appear to be so "holier than thou" when they feel threatened by another female.
Word the the wise........wear pants to remain in one piece because the majority of women would rip you to threads!!! lol

Yes. If shirts and shoes are required, pants are as well. They do not want people to be in "beach" wear.

in england pants are what men wear as under garments. knickers for ladies, so i guess we are talking about trousers here, so to an englishman the answer would be no you dont have to wear pants(knickers) in which case trousers would be advisable, unless your hell bent on wearing a skirt, then you got to be real carefull getting in and out of cabs!

well you can get arrested for public indecency and also the restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone, so.....i'd go with the pants. or a skirt, shorts, a skort even. remember those? capris are also always an option. even leggings.
