please help!!
i dont want any avertizments cause i dont wann be taking any of those diet pills n crap
well like my pot belly is not huge its kinda tiny but i hate it!
so how do i lose it?

calories in and calories out. curbing your appetite with pills does not train you to eat healthy and that should be your goal.

Eat healthy and exercise that tum tum. Move to some good music. Any exercise that put strain on the stomach muscles and your lower back muscles will help reduce the stomach. You can sit in a chair and lift your feet off the ground and feel those muscles.

You can run, do take a seat ups, move on an elliptical, carry weights, or any activity particularly. Exercise among a million-two hours an afternoon. You can do extra for quicker outcome. Love your frame and I'm definite you can appear lovely!

You need a corset for the evening. A tummy shaper, found in the undies section of Walmart or whatever store you shop.
