As much as no one knows....

I believe that since all matter is energy, that your energy will continue on, but not your consciousness or your being.

That's a question yet to be answered. It depends on what you believe in. "I have a discharge of electrical energy and disappear in a the cosmic void?" That's what I think.

It just ends, there's nothing more, no god, heaven or soul. Maybe electric energy in the cosmic void.

If you are a good soul you will return home to the other side to meet those that have left before you, your old pets, your friends from past lives etc.. and to examine what you learned and failed to learn on this latest mission whith the choice of course to return to earth and live again, if you are a dark soul you will boomerang into a new body and start over again without the help of guides or angels, againa nd again until you learn from your mistakes and your soul evolves.

If we knew the answer there would be little to debate. It would sure simplify a lot of things regarding religion. The truth is nobody knows. There has never been any conclusive proof on any level to prove or disprove the afterlife.

Probably not the answer you are looking for here, but the most logical and probable answer is that you will decay and your atoms will become another part of the circle of life. There is no heaven beyond this natural rebirth.

That depends... you will either go to sheol and wait for your demise... or you get to go to heaven.

Ask people who have had near death experiences for clues. I was clinically dead before... I can share my story... and have in the past. I was hit by a drunk driver and was comatose for 22 days. Feel free to write me if interested. Jonathan

You along with everyone else will go to heaven to stand before God and answer for your ways. But don't worry if you haven't been perfect no one has Besides Jesus his Son. but if you believe Jesus then you have a right to the inheritances of heaven as a son of God.

Or maybe there's even less than that. A light bulb burning out just goes dark.

The good news is that you can make believe in anything you want. Religious folks do it all the time.

If you belive in Jesus Christ then you will get to Heaven. Jesus said no one comes to the father but through me. The father being God himself. John 3:16 says "For God so loved the World that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
