My wife got her I-TIN number last year when filing tax return (join filing). Do i need to apply I-TIN number again for this years tax filing or same number (which was issued last year) can be used for all future tax filing purpose?

The only time you would change it on future tax forms would be to change it to a social security number if your wife decides to apply for and get a green card or becomes a citizen and gets a new social security number. It might take awhile, but will be better for her in the long run to have permanent resident status. Good luck.

No, once issued it remains valid unless or until she receives an SSN.
