I kind of do and kind of don't. I think it depends on who the person is and the situation. For example I went to eat with a co worker once and I paid for her food. I would not of wanted to pay for her pork. But in general it doesn't bother me. I actually feel for them as they are eating such a nasty animal and sinning on top of it. They will come to know if not in this life then in the next.

Nah i dont feel it's disrespectful of them to eat pork near you. I would feel it was if they were teasing you with it or doing it on purpose. But to be honest i was brought up with non-muslims and it was never a problem for me, the ones that knew respected it and the ones that didnt know, didnt know any different so it did not effect me or them. You can't expect them to change what they eat, or sit coz your a muslim. This is our test from Allah and he have to deal with it.

First of all Brainiac, nice try but looks like you fell short of the turnip tree huh? LOL!
You know every family has a tree, and give it a shake you always have one or two nuts like Brainiac fall out...LOOK OUT BELOW, LOL hahahah! LOOSER!

You can't get rid of the Justice League its a revolving entity that will always be here and there, and over there, and oh ya right next to you man!

Secondly as for the question...oh ya there is a question here right. LMAO! If you sit next to them eating the pork or drinking the beer or doing bad deeds what is the differance. You are still to call them and tell them about the Jinn that lives in it. Jesus asked Al Jinn where they wanted to go when he removed them from a possessed man and they said PUT US IN THE PIG. The Pig is a gateway for all things evil. That is why Allah SWT forbid all and any of it. Notice you can use parts of animals that are not allowed to be eaten but you cannot eat them like the donkey. But you cannot do anything with the Pig. Moses showed us that when he talked to the burning bush. Allah SWT told him to take off his shoes, the place was holy but also the shoes where made from donkey leather. Makroob.(frowned upon)

The pig has been proven over and over again to make sex with anything it comes near even other males. It eats anything put your hand out and it will start eating it. It eats its own fical matter and it slops around in its own waste. Al Jinn love to use this animal as a gateway to get into your mind, heart and blood and all your organs.

There is been many tests on this animal and its flesh and all parts of it and its all found even after 1000 deg the bacteria Al Jinn is still alive and doesn't die even with charcolled black the baterium still lives.

So fine you can sit next to them eating it, but call them to asking them what it is if that is what you desire. Surely there is muslims and there is mummins and you see by the answers whom is whom.

if i am sitting next to someone eating pork, i just go on with my bussiness and eat my food, or whatever, i dont freak out and start critizing them. i dont think they are being disrespectful at all if they are just eating pork, but if they are rubbing it in your face then that is disrespectful, in the surah Kafirun, it says:

to you be your religion and to me my religion...

Even though Jews, Chirstans, and Muslims are not allowed to eat pork SOME still do. Anyways it is up to them if they want to follow there teachings. A lot of my friends eat pepperoni pizza, ham sandwhiches, and rice krispies at lunch. and Alhamdulillah they dont rub it in my face, they actually respect me for staying stong and not eating it. you should let them be, thats what i did, after i told them the dangers of eatting pork. some of them dont eat pork now. i suggest you dont pressure them, because it might make situations tense or awkard and you may loose some good friends that may have potential to being muslim by your good example!

salaam

I don't think this is disrepectful, it's your own choise to be muslim and if you really believe in your religion, why would it be hard to resist the pork. It's your decision to not eat pork, not theirs. If they were muslim and they would be eating pork, then it would be disrespectful, because they're not living to the rules of their religion, but they are non muslims and they don't have anything to do or are involved with your religion (i dont want to sound rude) so let them eat pork.

I don't think it is disrespectful at all, it would be disrespectful for you to ask them to eat something different or not sit with you, my entire family is Catholic, many times for dinner they have pork and my mom is nice enough to cook chicken for me, I respect their choice to eat pork as much as they respect my choice of not eating it. We are all in peace!

if you ask me this questions, most of my close friends are Christians and they love to eat pork. I don't eat port because as Muslims, Islam forbids the consumption of pork. But, to be honest, to look at the perspective point of view, we live in the world comprises of many religions, races, cultures and group gathering of different beliefs is not uncommon.

Not all people are Muslims. We each have a differant belief. I'm Christian and pork is fine to eat. But if a Muslim came up to me and said it offend them I would not eat it.
