it just means kids should not watch it because its overly sexual, or disturbing or violent. kids are more impressionable then adults so they might possibly act on them. it doesnt mean you are dissallowed from watching it, its just it has content that are considered explicit for kids
(im 15 not another adult saying what you can and cant do)
its not illegal for a kid at his own home to watch adult material such as pornography. as long as you have some sort of consent

You must be by LAW an adult to purchase an adult video from a store
And because of these LAWS most people who watch adult videos are adults.
