You are lucky you have parents who care enough to forbid you from doing this. When I was a teenager, I had my ears pierced 5 times & my dad didn't give a ****. I don't wear any earrings at all now but I still have the holes in my ears to prove I used to be a silly little kid. You can get really good clip on earrings now that look very real, can't you just buy them instead? My daughter once told me she wanted her eyebrow pierced & I begged her not to do it & now she's older, she is glad she didn't.
If you just go out & get it done, your dad will be very disappointed but what will he do? You need to ask yourself, is it worth the punishment I will receive if I just go and get it done?

Most stores that sell earings often offer free piercings (one or the other or both) when you purchase earrings. Walmart, is one of those. There are many others. That applies to guys as well as girls. Unfortunately, most stores demand a person who is a minor to have parental permission. Remember that Beavis and Butthead episode "Pierced". The old rule that straights pierce the left and gay men pierce the right has little or no validity any more. Quite a few straight and gay guys pierce both. I have multiple piercings myself including some body piercings, but no cartilage ones. You only need ONE parent's permission, so take along whichever parent who takes a liberal stance and get one, or both pierced. Who cares? Big deal. When you turn 18 you can get anything you want pierced like the Prince Albert piercing. That's your Willy the One Eyed Worm!
That's how out of odds America is with the ancient world. I'm Jewish and in our traditions males and females are considered legal adults at 13! 13 not 18 or FIVE years earlier.
Unfortunately, regardless of whatever your traditions are, if you live in America, you are stuck with the long arm of the law.
C'est la vie! Nothing to be done about it. You are a minor. Best thing might be to wait the year or less until you hit 18 and then get whatever piercing you want regardless of mom and dad like it or not.

Let me enlighten you just a bit here, ok? In your circumstance, 18 means absolutely nothing, as far as gaining your freedom! As long as you are in school and/or your parents are supporting you, you have to do what THEY say! Once you are graduated from High School and have moved out on your own and supporting yourself, then you can do as you wish! Not until then! If you were my child and I told you no, that would be the end of it. If you elected to have it done anyway and go against me, you could expect a couple of things.
#1) Loose the earring! Either you take it out voluntarily or I would remove it for you!
#2) If you refuse to obey my wishes then you must get out! It's my house, I'm the parent, and my word is LAW! If you can't live by that then you have to leave.

Definitely DO NOT let anyone pierce it.
That leads to INFECTION.
You are a complete retard to want an ear piercing that badly.
You must be a real nerd if you have to have nasty *** earrings in your ears to make girls think ur "cool"....
There are bigger problems in this world.

I could lend you my drilling tools. They make big holes even in solid 1 inch thick metal.

Wait six months until you are eighteen. That way your father will have no legal authority to stop you.
