Give each of them 2 Valiums and say "Oh great Goddess, praise in you.I cast this spell that all shall be relaxed and shall get along".Then wait up to 45 minutes for the spell to take effect.
Ok, I am really not any good at magic. But I am good at seemingly magical medications...

No.
Witchcraft is NOT easy and spells are NOT quick fixes.
Witchcraft is work, and the results will not be instantaneous. What's more, you need to back up your spell casting with mundane action.
If you do a spell to get a job then just sit on your duff watching cartoons at home, guess what....you won't get a job no matter how many candles you light.
The very best "spell" for getting people to get along is to communicate with them. LISTEN to them, understand where they are coming from. Let them know that they have been heard. Then tell them your feelings and discuss how to resolve issues.

Someone could give you the directions to perform brain surgery but without the knowledge, experience, and skills to use it, it would be useless. Magic is the same way. There are so many things to learn before you cast a spell that if you don't have those skills, you would just be "wishing" rather than raising energy and directing it to a specific goal. There's nothing wrong with wishing, but it is not performing magic.
The first skills that are usually taught are called "Grounding", "Centering", and "Shielding". Grounding is when you calm yourself and establish a deep connection with the earth or natural forces. It is necessary to learn to "ground" before and after a spell. "Centering" is focusing your energies inward. It is becoming aware of your personal energy and condensing it. It is useful in spell work because spell work is all about manipulating and directing energy. "Shielding" is a form of protection.
If you are serious about spell work, I suggest that you ask the many pagans and witches on here for their various techniques on grounding, centering, and shielding. It would be better if you asked about each of these skills in separate questions though because each skill is a subject unto itself with many aspects to it. These techniques are the foundation to good spell work, so please don't skimp. If you aren't serious or are looking for an "easy hobby". magic is not what you're looking for. This is a practice that takes time, practice, and much patience---and plenty of trial and error.
In the meantime, you could try to talk to your family and tell them of your wishes. I know talking can be hard but it really does help.

The basic principle of witch craft is will power. Gently visualise all the members of your family are together and happy. Dont force too much energy into it. It should be very gentle.

Now watch what happens!

Witchcraft is just a fictitious as ANY/ALL of the mainstream fairytale religions.
You can make your family get along by setting a positive example and being a good role model.
