How can I obtain a police report for someone arrested for public intoxication? In Seattle WA?

You can purchase a copy of a police report by contacting records at the station where they were arrested. There is a fee and you will probably only be able to get them during business hours.

If you are permitted at all, go to the office that processed the report. Where I live, it's the Sheriffs office (which is in the jail) and pay $10 for it.
