you need h.s. education, any college classes you have taken and what you plan on majoring in,

special training (CPR, aed, ect..

professional experience

these categories are very minimal, try to include whatever else you can

No. Elementary education is a given: employers don't care a great deal about your childhood.

They do, however, want to know about high school - especially awards and activities - college, and post grad work.

No - if you did you would automatically be considered inexperienced and not a candidate for hire. There are NO jobs where the hiring executive is interested in where you went to elementary school.

If your applying to work at the elementary school you went to then yes- if not no.
