try lube & a vibrator & make him start with a finger & move up slowly. Let him know your going to go really slow, until you can take it. If you buy a vibrator get something like a bullet, or an egg, they are small & do the best job.

It's terrible you feel so upset over this that you are desperate. Of course it's not your fault! There is no fault on anyone's part. It's simply your body responding to an unfamiliar situation. No blame anywhere!
If your muscles are contracting then perhaps you might both explore massage and relaxing oils which will help slow things down and ease the tension. Soft meditation music can also help as can things like soft lighting to help the mood.
I will say that I'm concerned you're being pressured into something you're not ready for. If this is the case, then please reconsider the relationship. Sex is not the be all and end all.
A boy/man who will not accept you unless there is guaranteed sex, is simply NOT worthy of you.
You are a special, wonderful and valuable person. You deserve to be treasured.
Love or no, if he won't take the time to see that, then honestly, you are so much better off without him. To accept that situation is to accept being abused. No one deserves that.

no it's not your fault.
everyone loses their virginity at different times
whenever the time is right and you are ready then everything will be fine. Your body will send you the message just as well.
it's understandable that he is angry and that is normal
although I hope he knows that it is never a good idea to force a girl into this.
and If he really loves you then he will understand that and also show a little respect towards you.
if he doesn't understand that then talk things out with him.
but if that doesn't work then you know that he isn't the right guy for you.

make him understand that it hurts, and that it probably will the first couple of times. If he really does love you, 1, he won't get pissed off about this, and 2. He'll wait. Love is Patient, love is kind. Are you sure he isn't just out for some? Consider evaluating your relationship with him. Is this only an example of things he does outside of sex?

Well my advise, tell the jerk to screw off. If he is not compassionate about your pain in being devirginated, how do you think he is going to treat you if you get pregnant with his kid and go through that pain. He is showing you two things - one he is not compassionate towards you and two he only is thinking of himself. So let me tell you from experience, a guy like that will use you up and let you go. Not someone you want to lose your virginity too.

you need to explain to him about the pain and if he's pissed off about you being in pain, than he needs to realize that its very disrespectful to put down a girl for her body's abilities. I dont have any tips because im a virgin myself, but i wouldnt do it until he realizes that its not okay to be mad about that.

Oh that's natural. Its really gonna hurt like hell, theres no way you can avoid that.
Lubrication might help though and relax. If your nervous you tense up and your muscles contract and make it tighter down there.
