I really don't know what kinda phone provider you got....but with mine...i can go online and increase it to 90 seconds....and i just love all those features...with VoIP.....but you can always call and ask if anything can be done...it never hurts to ask!!

Call your connection customer care and asked to increase your dialing time.
Bro, no one can increase or decrease their dialing time...
As far as I know Reliance cdma give longest dialing time..
And by the way , just tell person to whome you are calling before hand to receive your call quickly than I think you dont need any answer for this question..

Dialing on most phones you can insert a pause character in between the regular characters. That pause is about 1 second long. So put them in between numbers or put several togehter in between numbers.
