that is not enough information....
It would depend on which one I think has the most chance of being saved. If I could get one off the cliff successfully and the other two were hopeless, I would go for whichever one had the best chance.
Beyond that there is no way to choose....

I have been in a war for five years and I was in situations when few seconds can mean the difference between life and death. I did save several people from death. And I can tell you, in such situations there is no time to think. You act, and you act fast. I would suggest, help the person closest to you and then proceed and help others who are in trouble. And it really doesn't matter what is the color of their skin.

Is this supposed to be some deep, philosophical question? I see no point in the hypotheticals here at all. I'm sure there is some underlying meaning as most of the questions on this post have. Good Luck.

What has race to do with religion? The human race is the human race.
This is more correctly a poll or philosophy question.
I would choose (probably) the youngest first then try the others. Or check to see who had the weakest grip or poorest hold...

Well, lets assume they are not strangers. Let's say they are fidel kastro, Bush, and Vladimir Putin
I would tell bush: "OK, I will save you, but you must in return, invade Cuba , hang fidel in the public square and all the other comunists as well

I would save the one with whose hands were closest to slipping-he's the one that's going to fall first. Race would have no impact on who I helped!

Race isnt going to be the deciding factor- i would most likely go for who ever was the closest of the three and hope i made time for another rescue.
