In theory you could, but you'd need to eat massive quantities. You'd probably get queasy from all the sugar before the alcohol had an effect.

I would think you'd get totally nauseated by those chocolates long before you could possibly get a good buzz!

No. This doesn't work with the police either if pulled over to say you weren't drinking you were eating chocolate liquers!
