ok so right now i have hair thats like about 4 inches below the shoulders. i have an oval-shaped face, and i want to get a new haircut. people say that oval shaped faces go with longer hair, but i'm 13 years old, have naturally tan skin, and i kind of small face lol. so what everyday hairstyle would look good for me? i certainly don't want a bob cut like rihanna, i don't wanna go over the edge. i was thinking like layers, and side bangs. i have a straightener, so i keep that in mind.

does anyone have pictures that i can show the hair salon lady?
o and what are angles? lol i've always wanted to know that.

All the new styles seem to have the domed bob with short nape and long free tapering sides. This look is not attractive on some people however. When I want a new style I usually go to a book store and browse through all the style magazines and then buy the one that has a style I like. Taking it to a stylist may help, but keep in mind that all hair is different. I think layers are attractive for thick hair if you want something low maintenance.
