Alright. Im turning 15 in June. he turned 17 in November. I have both parents approval, and his parents approve too. Can we stil date when he turns 18? We have not had sex. So is it ok to contiune dating?

no not legally.
if you were 16 then it would be ok.
16 and older can date up to 24 year old

I have two 15 year old daughters and I wouldn't approve of you dating him now. He's 17, which means he's going to want to have sex soon at some point, and if you don't give it to him, he may get it from someone else, which in turn can cause you heartbreak.
I just think from experience, sex complicates things even when you're an adult, as a child, it can be worse. I just think you shouldn't be worried about dating right now period, just concentrate on school, hanging with your friends and planning for college. Boys will always be around, so don't rush it.

Well it would be better if you were 16, because then dating and sex doesn't matter anymore. You can date up to a 24 year old when your 16.
So until then, it's fine, but you cannot have sex, and have people find out about it. Otherwise that will cause a lot of problems with the law.

Unless there's some very weird laws around your place then yeah it's perfectly ok. Dating has no legal bounderies. The only legal bit is the sex part, but you just have to wait until both parties are over whatever the min. age is for things like that (usually 16 or 18 depending where you are).
If both sides have no problems with this then it sounds like you've found a nice guy there - try to keep hold of him.

Well its illegal.(At least in my state) But parents approve which is great!!! Just make sure you know what your getting into with an older guy like him. But I see people do it all the time. As long as it is what you want. So I say yeah.
PS: Just don't have sex because that may end up going worng.

It's tricky, but if your parents approve I don't see why not. What state are you in? Don't have sex until your 18, or it could backfire in your faces. Laws are strict when it comes to minors. Best of luck to you.

the law doesnt say you cant date...but when hes 18 and you guys have sex that would be illegal, and then if you break up, you or your parents can choose to press charges...it can turn into real drama

You can date him, but if you mean "can i have sex with him?", that all depends on the laws in your state.
