the power to chose to love you without any justification or merit on anyone's part?

would you be offended if God were referred to as "she?" I suppose you would because God is not a goddess, but if God is not a male, why doesn't it offend you to refer to God as "he?"

Agape Love = unconditional Love
Sovereign = absolute right to do all things

Yes, and God does Agape you and I no matter what we do. Now are job is to walk in His ways because we are His creations. He commands us to Love Him and to Agape Love one another. What makes Him Sovereign is the fact that He created all and therefore have Dominion over all including you and I.

That was one of the main claoms of John Calvin.
Calvin used it as part of his justification for imposing one of the most oppressive theocracies ever seen. The disease of Camvinism was spread to North America by the Puritan Pilgrim Fathers who settled around Boston and continued a Calvanist reign of religious terrorism.

Yes and He does. Nothing we do lives up to His standards and He knows this. However, since He wants to spend eternity with us we must become as He is, that is Holy and perfect. The only way to do this is through Jesus Christ, that's why He died for us.

Agape: with the mouth wide open as in wonder or awe; "the gaping audience"; "we stood there agape with wonder"; "with mouth agape"

With drool running down the chin, and the brain entirely open to any and all suggestion.

God still loves you no matter what, and he proved that he loved you when he sent his Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for you so you could believe and be saved.
