can i download a ps2 game and burn it to a blue ray disk so that it will work when i play it?

i am having troubles playing this game i downloaded on the computer that i burnt to a dvdR.Can i burn it to a blueray disk?

Ps2 has no blu ray drive
neither does your PC

i think u can do that
but
u need some special chip thing to put in ur ps2 so that u can play bootlegged games
