I would like to add (of course it is already said in nswers) as said in Gnaana vaashistam.
The sage Valmiki uses Spandana (movement,,though very subtle),
There are three Spandanas; namely
1. Samvit Spamndam (samvit means Gnaanam)
2. Maanasa spandam (desire or Iccha is first generated in manas )
3. Indriya spandam ( movement of motor organs to do a work or kriya).
Suppose there is an artist who can draw good art pictures.
He is ready before his canvass to draw.
Let us examine what happened?
He Got a desire to draw a oicture,What picture ? He has in him the knowledge about the picture he is going to draw..that is he has Gnaanam about it first...and the there inhappens Samvit Spandana..a subtle movement in Gnana,
Then his motor organs like hands and sense organs eyes move (indriya spandana) to do that art (kriya)
So as per sage valmilki, first is GnaanaShakti)or Spandana),then because of this Gnaanam ,to obtain happiness a desire to draw the art (Iccha shakti)

After Iccha (desire )has arisen, there move the Organs and Kriya (work )results..that is Kriya Shakti.
So the order is Gnana Shakti, Iccha Shakti and then Kriya Shakti.
Shanky _andy has given an excellent input and added other details like Vikshepa etc and educated me.Thanks alot Mr Shanky_andy for the great answer.
Thanks and pranaams to all for their excellent input and enhancing my knowledge and understanding.Thank you all.May goddess bless all of us.

Prakriti has two powers –
1. Power to veil (Avarana Shakti) : Prakriti is untrue existence and true appearance, thus called illusion (Maya). For example your image in the mirror is there, but not real.
2. Power to distract (Vikshepa Shakti) is of three types –
a. Power to know (Jayana Shakti).
b. Power to desire (Ichha Shakti).
c. Power of doing action (Kriya Shakri).
You get the knowledge of an apple through the power-to-know (Jayana Shakti). Then a desire arises in the mind to possess that apple, which is the power-to-desire (Ichha Shakti). Then you exert to obtain that apple with the help of power-of-doing-an-action (Kriya Shakti). So the sequence is a, b and then c.
If one can understand the process, then the Power to Distract (Vikshepa Shakti) will not effect you. By witnessing, you will be able to break the sequence of default process, which means Ichha (which is the root cause of the problems) can be trapped before it manifests.

Aum,
Thank you for the wonderful question. If a short answer would suffice, here it is(after individual investigation of truth)
Kriya Shakthi is from the Mooladhara as it is the center of creativity.
Iccha Shakthi is from the Anahatha as it is the center of love and wish.
Gnaana Shakthi is from Agna as it is the center of awareness.
None of the three can survive without each other if you are human. The station of God is so divine it is possible for God to exist in one of the three.
The flow or sequence can be many ways depending of a situation, action, consequence, awareness, etc. Hope this helps. This is a very deep subject, and thank you for the question again. Peace and Blessings.

It is not correct. That is the attracting sentence to teach the people about shiv-shakti. That is not true. This is human made. please see Arthanareeshwar. Shiv and Shakti is not two separate identities to say '' no shakti no shivam ''. Both are one. Shiv is in Shakti and Shakti is shivam. How can we divide the one into two sir? Actually, there is not anything such in vedas, upanishads or any holy books saying ''without shivam there is not shakti''. it is like Hari and Shiv is one. when people began to fight on shakties, it is a consoling line to comfort them. while vaishnvats and shivats fight, we come to say both are same. Similarly some shakti peetas telling high opinion about shakti undermining the shiv this sentence is used to overpower them. you can divide one into two separate half. you can not divide the divine one into two separates.

These are the three stages of soul's ascension,
At the lowest level is "iccha (natural instincts'urges).
The next stage is "Kriya shakti" ( moral deeds perfomance).
The highest stage is "Gnanashakty"(God consciousness).

Dear shanky has given the correct order. Mother gayatri, the mother of Vedas and creator of the universe is depicted by a cube having six squares. Each square represents one manifestation of shakti.
First the Adi-shakti or Para Shakti feels itself separated from Shiva . Her first manifestation is Gyan shakti.
Gyan Shakti is the basis of all vigyan and all vidyas. This gyan shakti can be seen as (a) by connecting with gunas, gyan shakti changes into chitta, mind, buddhi and ahankaar (b)when it develops the three gunas with her power it is seen as telepathy, tele-vision etc.
Ichha shakti- the first vibration of gyan shakti is Ichcha shakti. gyan shakti uses this shakti to move the body, to think and to do karma.
Kriya shakti: Ichha shakti manfests Kriya shakti...the actual working of the body.
Para shaktis => gyan shakti=>Ichha shakti=> kriya shakti=> kundalini shakti=> Matrika Shakti.
the six mothers together explain Mata Gayatri.
all these shaktis when resonated in shiva, they made the Universe...
all these shaktis are also working in the human body... and when properly worshipped and awakened, these shaktis give moksha too.
the sacred triangle of Tantra /shaktaa depicts these three shaktis (gyan, ichha & kriya)...forming a triangle and the bindu ( combination of shiva and para-shakti) at the center... the root cause of big bang or beginning of the universe
jai maan gayatri
