Yes, use an ash blonde dye ( nice 'n easy lightest ash 88 is good ) and this will conteract the orange and yellow making it a very light lovely blonde.

When bleaching your hair, you should always apply bleach to the ends of the hair first because it takes longer for them to bleach. Secondly, you apply bleach to roots after about 40 minutes or so. When your hair is the shade you want, you must apply a toner which will give your hair an over-all even color. Bleaching is a 2-step process. First Bleach, then Toner. It is the toner that will get rid of the ugly gold and orange affects of the bleach.

Bleaching hair without knowledge of hair products and their appropriate use is seldom successful. Some dark hair is very difficult to strip of all color without making it brassy. My suggestion would be to make an appointment with a colorist to see if the color can be corrected. Layering products and over-processing can cause damage, breakage, drying and hair loss. Eventually it will look like straw. If you are determined, you might consider a non-peroxide dark ash color (not bleach) to blend all the tones.

aw sorry to hear that! lol
when using bleach, for best results you should always apply it on the middle, ends then at the roots.
The heat from your scalp makes the chemicals work better and faster, so it comes out better.
You need to find a bleach toner to get rid of the brassy ginger colour.

ok this happened to me before, if your hair is naturally dark it will do this.... do not keep it in too long because your hair will be fried and DRY!!!! I would suggest waiting a little bit longer if you have not had it in too long, i think that you are allowed 90 minutes usually, dont take it out too early because your hair will be all different shades

belive me, go to the salon now or else you'll continue to damage your hair with more at-home solutions that might not work.
the salon could fix your hair color with a better color
or they could strip the color away so you're left with your natural color.
after the salon service, you could ask for a deep reconditioning treament at the salon. (at jcpenny salon it's 15 dollars and it works great!! i don't kno if u have a jcp salon where u are tho, but they're great!!)
