To everyone one that posted before me... she said "Tattoo Representing" not "Of All Her Friends." There are actually many tattoos that represent friendship. Check the link below for a huge gallery of flash art and finished products.

I like the idea of Tattoos except that they are permident. This case of the friend thing not a good idea because what if she breaks up or isn't close to a friend or two anymore. Then she'll regret it. I think what would be much better to remember her friends is to have a group photo or get a myspace or a facebook so that she'll have her friends forever. But one thing she can do verses a tattoo is remove them. A tattoo you can remove for granted but what I have seen on TV you can only get like 90% of it removed. Also the pictures on the Tattoos would get old after a while and so out of date as her friends age. Like when she's 65 her tattoos will be winkley and it'll look like kids on her arm. Like she is friends with 13 year olds. I'd say to myself. Get friends your own age old lady. Hope that helps.

I can honestly say that the majority of people who get large tattoos at a young age, will regret what they did later in life. Your friend will change a lot as she matures in the next few years, and so will her friends. I realize young people want to make a statement about who they are, and be different from previous generations...to stand out, but tattoos are beginning to make them all look the same instead. That said, she could look at websites and copy some design elements or tattoos she likes, type all her friends names into a processing program and print them, then begin cutting out all the parts and trying to produce a design she likes. A good tattoo artist can also make suggestions if she takes her design to them.

I think its an awsome idea. As the years go by she can get more added, and when shes older and they pass away, or perhaps maybe they are long out of her life she will always have something to remember them by. I think just make a collage of all the people she wants on it...even using paint or something and bring that along.

maybe a clover with 4 leafs...don't start writing names in your skin, 20 years from now, you might not feel the same. i wish i had a dollar for everyone i saw getting a girls or guys name covered up. oh, just thought of another, what about the crossed swords, the 3 musketeers did it, just add a 4th sword.

not a good idea....just get a pic of a circle of friends holding hands, however many little people she wants in a circle with their arms outstretched holding hands forming a circle.

Just get something that means friendship, don't names or anything that can be really connected to a person because she'll regret it.

The best size would probably be a 5x7 of each person because I have not seen them smaller than that.
