I'm not sure I know what a raved atheists are but for myself it depends on how you interpret reason. If you mean as part of some prearranged divine plan in which my point was predetermined for me than no I don't. If you mean can I create meaning and purpose for myself by what I choose to do with my time here than yes. In general I am here for the reason that my parents choose to have a child.

Yes, because my parents conceived. I'm on this Earth for the same reason ants are.

Also, you cannot be a "raved atheist". There is only one way to be an atheist, and that is to not believe in God. There is no variable.

I'm not sure what a "raved athiest" would be, but I personally believe that I can find meaning and purpose within my life without a divine designator.

Satan sent me to torment you and test your faith. But you could see right through that... drat!

The reason we are all is is to find the reasons.

I look to the underlying beauty of nature, the physical laws, helping those in need, and trying to improve the world for posterity.

I do NOT look at a fictitious collection of fairy tales written by middle eastern goat herders that tells em to kill my children for disobedience, sacrifice animals to god (to make him happy) - while I hope and pray for the end of the world to come and "make things better" by killing everyone and sending the unbelievers to eternity in hell.

Why are you here?

The word raved does not describe any Atheist. It does, however, describe many Theists who, like yourself, seem to have difficulty spelling.

"raved"? What the hell does that mean? And it's "atheist." I'm assuming you are a Christian by your avatar.. isn't that the South Park gang? A favorite cartoon among all Christians, especially the woodland animals Christmas episode.

Yes, I am here for statistical purposes - to counterbalance the presence of genuflecting idiots. Are you offended? But while I am here, I will honestly seek truth and fuller understanding. Please note, gentle soul, that this can be better accomplished by standing on one's own two feet than by slithering on one's belly. Do you care to stand with me?!

No, I don't believe there's any grand scheme. However, I do believe I can do right by my friends and family to make this short time we do have as nice as possible.
