the rash is all over body they are little red bumps with white rings around it and her face is red it kinda looks like wind chap but she hasnt been outside around her mouth is white though please help

we went to the doctor yesterday and she doesnt have the flu he said it was a real bad cold but now she has the rash

Screw what THAT doctor says (it's called a PRACTICE) - take her immediately to ER or clinic or where ever. Better to be safe than sorry. Rash could be from fever, but who knows.

Croupe! Croupe is going around right now. My doctor said to either crack open u'r window a little or actually, dress them up in their winter coats and take him outside for a walk. The cold weather helps. If u have a newer crib (mine has a flat board instead of the string) move it up at one end or use a blanket or pillow under the mattress evenly...it too will help. One twin has croupe right now.

This isn't a bad cold. It could be chicken pox, measles, roseola, etc...
Take her back to the docs. Do not wait.
