When you are alone what is the difference between praying silently and out loud?

it really doesn't matter if you pray out loud or in your head. god can hear you either way. all that matters is the intention that you are putting forth. but i've always been told that if you pray out loud then you're putting more energy and intention into it, and therefore your prayer is more powerful. but i do both because god can hear me whether i pray out loud or silently. i do whatever fits the situation best. like if it's late at night and everyone's sleeping, then i'll do it silently. but if i'm alone, then usually i'll pray out loud. do whatever works for you.

There can be at least two reasons to pray out loud:
1. You assume god is hard of hearing.
2. you just like to irritate people around you while appearing to be pious.

You are never alone...NEVER !!!
There are demons all around you 100% of the time. And thank God, Jesus is there to keep them from having their way with you. When you say a prayer out loud they hear you, you just do not get it that they cannot read your mind or your thoughts do you? But if you want nothing but interference in your answers to your prayers just keep saying them aloud.

I agree with Salvation.
However personally, I find that my prayers are more heart felt and earnest when I pray out loud. Like in speaking it out loud I mean it more, it comes with more confidence and authority in Jesus name.

I agree with salvation. Praying outloud is sometimes better when I can hear myself. But there's other times, to think prayers, especially when you don't know what to say

I know when you pray silently God hears you, but when you pray out loud then Satan and the Demons can hear you.

praying out loud can help us on pronunciation the sura we read..
