Is there a shopping cart software I can buy from a software store to use on my site? What's the best cart?

I want to have an easy to use shopping cart that doesn't require me to know code. I want a software that allows me to fill in fields as in item #, Price, description, etc.

All I've found on the web is subscription services and I haven't a clue which one would be best. I would like to buy a software and implement it into my site... Is this possible? Are there such softwares?

I currently have paypal... but it's not powerful enough to allow for details such as shipping charges per location, etc.... So I want a more effective, built in shopping cart rather than simply buttons for items and a checkout like paypal offers. I actually want to hook my shopping cart into PayPal's system.
