I did yoga yesterday for the first time in awhile. Last night I woke up with a charlie horse in my foot.. one that wouldn't go away if i relaxed my foot for atleast 5 mins! OUCH ! Anyway, after it settled down I went to use the restroom and the bones in the same foot... shifted. The right side of the foots bones felt like they lifted up and were above the rest/normal. It hurt a little bit, but mostly felt REALLY weird! I rubbed my foot and pressed all my toes back (toward my knee like) and it shifted back after a min or so. Foot is achey today but not painful. Ever happen to anyone else?

Boy am I glad you asked this? I donned a pair of boots, first put my special orthotics in and went to Midnight Mass. I was having some interesting foot problems during Mass. Once home, well I got ready for bed, first the outside of my leg went numb and then bang, the toes went numb. That lasted for about 10 mins before I felt something like cramp, but it was not cramp. The toes were numb, could pull them up with no pain, no sense no feeling. As to what happened? I recall just catching the heel of my boot on the Church Step and I guess whatever it did, it unbalanced me and I paid for it. I am just starting to get back to normal now. Good Luck

You wager you'll be able to. I have on either one of my toes (at extraordinary instances). The proper foot used to be whilst I stubbed it splendid tough at the door jam and it fractured the bones within the higher foot, wherein it bends. The different time used to be whilst I slipped on a rainy ceramic tile flooring and my foot hyper-accelerated. Both instances the breaks had been validated by way of x-rays. The signs for me used to be splendid severe discomfort. What did they (the medical professionals) do for it, not anything.
