After all, he _must_ have known it would happen. Omniscient and all that.

Sorry if this may bother you... but I can't believe the ignorance in that question.

God created us all for us to live. Whichever road we choose, god will love us.

God gave us the free will to do whatever we want.

Should we believe in him or not, it is our own prerrogative. That is what makes God so wise.

So don't think of God as someone. Think of God as a concept that is not understandable for us... at all.

Playing along with your delusion ...

Because basically he's a sadistic bully OR ...

“The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.” — Richard Dawkins, The God Delusion

IF 'he' was really omniscient then why the need for us?
This is at the crux of 'his' need for 'his' own existence.
Like, if he existed, why would he need to?

A universe WITH a god would be much different to one without OR ...

A universe WITH a god would be much different to this one.

Friend,

No doubt that God is Omniscient and Omnipotent and Omnipresent too.

He loves all equally whatever they are ,however they are. That is the quality or Nature or attribute of God.

Those who do not love Him, are born as per their past deeds only and God has no role in it.He gave all freedom. If you you misuse it why blame Him?

He loves those too who do not love or believe in Him.

Because that's what free will is. It was the greatest act of love to give man free will.

God is love, therefore He does not seek to control people if they don't want Him to.

That's what love is. Love can influence, instruct, cajole, and
protect, but man can still choose otherwise.

If God's love was not like that then it wouldn't be real love.

Sure. That is why he created a mess and had to abort his creation several times, such as with all but Noah. Even his first borns, adam and eve, blew it, so that they had to go to everlasting hell.

Because he is not omniscient. If he did exist.

If he is a omniscient god, then he doesn't need to test his believers' faith.

heres the real kicker: did God have a choice in giving us the free will we have to make that decision or was it required of the human form?

alternatively, did we have a choice in accepting free will? would we really have wanted it given the choice?
